Responsibilities • Drafting and reviewing asset purchase agreements and share purchase agreements • Managing acquisition timelines and deliverables to ensure that sellers have provided all required items, documents, information, etc. throughout the due diligence process • Conducting legal research and analysis • Ensuring commercial and corporate compliance across several jurisdictions including the EU and the United States • Researching and ensuring compliance with Amazon seller policies • Assisting with corporate structuring procedures Qualifications • 4+ years of experience as a paralegal or any relevant vocation • Excellent written and spoken English Bonus Points • Prior knowledge of Amazon’s seller policies • Experience with commercial compliance across several geographies Employment Details • Salary range of $1,000 - $3,500 based on qualifications and performance throughout the interview process • Stock options and stock disbursements awarded to high-performing team members • 40 hours per week Sun - Thurs • Flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed • International colleagues
Responsibilities • Build and maintain APIs, services, and feature sets on the backend • Operate databases with large datasets • Integrate 3rd party APIs into our existing systems • Add new functionality and features to our existing systems • Prototype different technical solutions • Identify solutions, technologies, and practices that benefit the team and company • Collaborate with other team members and participate in peer code reviews • Ensure the delivery of quality code and participate in documentation and process improvement workshops Qualifications • Experience with the software development lifecycle and the agile methodology • Experience with the object-oriented design principles and strong command of at least one OOP language • Familiarity and experience with different API design patterns (RESTful, GraphQL, gRPC, etc.) • Excellent knowledge of database systems and data architecture • Excellent understanding of and adherence to best practices when it comes to writing code • Effective problem solver Bonus Points • Proficient at Git, and able to use the Linux command line interface effectively • Experience with Amazon’s MWS and SP-API • Familiarity with Node.js frameworks (Nuxt.js, Next.js, Nest.js, etc.) • Familiarity with web scraping techniques and tools • Familiarity with rapid application development (RAD) practices • Familiarity with The Twelve-Factor App methodology • Excellent written and spoken English Employment Details • $2,200-$2,900 per month* • Stock options and stock disbursements awarded to high-performing team members • 40 hours per week Mon - Friday • Flexible work hours but must overlap with founders for at least 2 hours/day • Flexibility to work remotely or on-site as needed • International colleagues *This is a gross salary, and you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
